Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at ejoycemonograms@gmail.com or 843-693-1974 should you need to make any edits to your order. Orders that have already been sewn or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. The tags must still be attached. Returns accepted within 14 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. You have 45 days to return any items that are defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only.

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, all personalized items are FINAL SALE. If your order is incorrect or there is an error on our behalf, we will gladly redo the order and ship it out as soon as possible.

Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Tags must be attached.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.
