Custom Embroidery Process

It all starts with an idea - even a sketch on a piece of paper works!  Then it gets digitized by hand on the computer so we can work with you to get it exactly how you want it.  Next comes the fun part.  We sew it off, look at colors and even send thread color samples so we get it right! Once everything is approved...we sew!  WE MAY NOT BE THE FASTEST BUT WE DO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GO THE EXTRA MILE.
