The process typically is as follows:

After contacting us, we will talk with you about options.  You can choose from one of mine, a family heirloom, one you have seen or just an idea - even a sketch on a piece of paper works!  Then it gets digitized by hand on the computer so we can work with you to get it exactly how you want it.  Next comes the fun part.  We sew it off, look at colors  and if needed even send thread color samples so we get it right! We will then create a proof for you to approve before we move forward.  Once everything is approved...we sew and ship! WE MAY NOT BE THE FASTEST BUT WE DO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GO THE EXTRA MILE.
